No Returns

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of Lucky111 Menstrual Cups are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we may provide a replacement product at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during shipping

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Order cannot be fulfilled by Lucky111

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
